Keiser UK and AUS websites

Keiser's fitness equipment uses pneumatic air resistance rather than weight stacks. It's used everywhere from elite sports performance centres to cycling studios, physiotherapy clinics and hotel gyms. The UK website needed to explain that technology and present a large product range to very different audiences.

I built a custom WordPress theme with a flexible set of content blocks, so the team can create pages for each market (performance, commercial gyms, cycling, medical and rehab, hospitality) that pull together the right products, case studies and calls to action. Product pages are structured so the specs, features and media are consistent across the whole catalogue.

Keiser's audience is mostly gym owners, coaches and clinicians researching big purchases, so I made sure the site is quick to load, easy to navigate and accessible, and that enquiry forms are easy to find from every page.

The marketing website is supported by a small, focused webshop powered by Shopify. This let us focus UX decisions on two key audiences: those buying equipment in bulk through traditional sales channels, and a small but growing home consumer market.

The UK website was so well received that its framework was reused for the Australian market, with a couple of extra features to support the differences in this key growth market for Keiser.
