Nearly a year of ongoing Craft CMS development for Chalkboard, from new features to thousands of auto-generated landing pages.
I worked with Chalkboard for a year, bringing a whole range of improvements to their Craft CMS website. Instead of one big build, this was a long-term partnership: shipping new features, refining existing pages and helping the marketing team move faster.
One of the biggest pieces of work was a system that automatically generates thousands of landing pages for their targeted and organic marketing. Built on Craft's structured content, each page is assembled from reusable templates and data, so the team can target new search terms and campaigns without building every page by hand.
The front end uses Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js, which kept new features quick to build and the pages light. Working closely with the team over a long period meant I could tidy up and improve the codebase as we went, leaving it in a better state than I found it for future developers.
